Pakistan's Founder Jinnah Has No Place In His Homeland

This picture was an official handout from the Presidency on June 26, 2009, showing President Zardari and Prime Minister Gilani receiving Pakistan's cricket team, winners of the T20 World series. The portraits of the PPP leaders can be seen in the background. No trace of the official portrait of the Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan's Founding Father.

The current democracy in Pakistan was installed by the United States. All the parties in power now in the country are pro-American and pro-Indian: the PPP, MQM, JUI-F and ANP. The last one, ANP, spent most of its career supporting separatist ideas. MQM's chief has just given a statement that opposes the very independence of Pakistan. But these ruling parties are not alone in completely ditching the Pakistani flag and the official portraits of the Founding Father of the nation. There is PMLN, JI, and other smaller parties that never raise the Pakistani flag in their rallies or public events.

This is how The News International, the largest Pakistani English-language daily newspaper, reported the story on Saturday, June 27:

The portraits of Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammed Ali Jinnah have been removed from the Prime Minister House and Presidential House, Geo News revealed Saturday. Two days ago, President Asif Ali Zardari hosted a reception in the honour of national cricket team on winning the ICC Twenty20 World Cup title. On this occasion, the team players and officials had a group photo with President Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani. There are pictures of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto, Bilawal Zardari Bhutto and President Zardari without any picture of founder of Pakistan are seen hung in the backdrop of photo.Similarly, an Internship Award ceremony was held with PM Gilani in chair on Friday. On this occasion, the stage was decorated with the pictures of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto, President Zardari and PM Gilani; however, there was no picture of Quaid-e-Azam.In a similar photograph, President Zardari was administering oath of Federal Mohtasib to Dr Shoaib Suddle; however, the backdrop flashed with a picture of Quaid-e-Awam sans any photo of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammed Ali Jinnah.Similarly, in a meeting with US delegation, no photograph of Muhammed Ali Jinnah was visible.Under law, to hang the portrait of Quaid-e-Azam at offices of government officials, President and Prime Minister is compulsory.

I still stand by my belief that the existing political elite in Pakistan is inept, uncreative and now compromised thanks to the 'outreach' done by the US and the UK embassies in Islamabad.

The best way is still this:

1. Ban any political party that is based on ethnicity/language. This will eliminate 98% of these parties.
2. Enforce fair and free internal elections, monitored by the Election Commission of Pakistan. No party allowed to run for office without this condition.
3. An interim, technocratic government in Islamabad for a minimum of five years, assigned to execute a visionary plan of reform that would include more administrative provinces and new laws organizing political activity and absolute focus on economic and education rebuilding.
4. Harsh measures against politicians who try to defy this plan. Harshest measures if necessary.
5. Stern warning to countries such as the US and UK to desist from interfering in Pakistan's internal matters. If they are allies, then they should support the stabilization of Pakistan.

See this PPPistan or Nawazistan or Altafistan or Pakistan?

  1. Some greatest wonders of the world could be considered happens in Pakistan..... specially when you think about how come the worlds most corrupt person could become the president of Pakistan. Pakistan was at the top of corrupt nations when the last he ruled the Pakistan in Benazir govt. The most "brilliant" corruption is that he's the head of a political party while he's constitutionally president of Pakistan. Constitutionally?? Really? What the heck constitution by the way?

If this is exceptable why not "militarized democray"? The one that Musharaf had.

  2. Bann these politicians forever. Some of these are befooling people in the name of "ROTI-KAPRA-MAKAN", some in the name of religion, some in the name of ethnicity, some in the name of socialism and God knows what else.

Common Pakistanis do not want to live as "US/UK Slaves" and we can not get rid of UK/US enslavement untill and unless we get rid of this so called "Democtratic System", which is the System of DAJJAL to control the GOYAMS (NON-JEWS).

  3. This idiot Ahmed Querishi's rabid anti-Americanism is unimaginative, but this is at least a good point.
The only addition he forgot is to ban political parties based on religion and to make the constitution secular.

  4. @TTV India

It's amazing that you actually have the guts to tell us about the wrongs in our country.

Ethnic and religious intolerance? Wasn't like 1-2 months back Naxals murdered 3 hindi speakers in Assam. India a country where at one time or another every minority have been subjected to torture. Didn't last month 3 men blew up mosque in Beed because they couldn't stand the sight of a mosque in there Village.

P.S:Does anyone remember it came in the news last year that in India instead of Gandhi's picture in text books someone printed a picture of a 'BLUE FROG' and under it was written 'Gandhi jayanti' and these were actually distributed to schools, but after the teachers and students saw them, the printers started to take the books back. Lmao! Honestly the racist did deserve it!

  5. @ HRH :- Great... The only rant you can ever have is against India. The world can come and screw you and your nation and its people. But, you'd only think of cribbing agaqinst India. Even in case where a great like Jinnah was actually spoken well of in my comment which your biased and single minded doctrinator AQ deleted. I am happy that he deleted it as it provides me with a feeling that what i wrote was right. Coz if it were wrong, then he would have responded and would have left it open for discussion. Whether you take the message for yourself in that post or not and you think about it or not, is your problem. If you think in the right spirit, good for you, if you dont, your loss not mine. Keep Ranting.

As for AQ, you really dont seem to have the balls to let your readers have logical and right views about things. All you can do is allow moronic amir crib about religion and talk the filthiest and the dirtiest of languages. Ahhh but thats okay, he is only a dejected pakistani from La Whore.

  6. it was not intentional i can give you another reference on this subject.

Christina Lamb in his book "Waiting for Allah" wrote,

When benazir came for oath taking to be the first women prime minister the PPP brought a huge portrait of Bhutto but forgot to bring any picture of Quaid-e-Azam, when finally they knew what they forgot they then brought a small portrait of Jinnah which in front of Bhutto looked quiet small or negligible.

So, don't tell me something like this is a mistake it was intentional.

  7. @TTV India: Your whining is misplaced. You're under a wrong impression that the purpose of this blog is to foster debate. That's not the case. This blog is heavily biased and one-sided. Make no mistake. There are countless forums availabe to you to critique Pakistan, and a large number of them are Indian.

Second, despite this, Pakistani blogs and websites and newspapers continue to be freer and far more magnanimous compared to the Indian media.

Indian blogs, websites and newspapers are off-limits to any Pakistani who wants to debate something or question an Indian policy, any policy. Pakistanis who register at those sites and try to have a meaningful conversation are blocked at the slightest hint of criticizing anything Indian.

And some Indians have the audacity to come here and lecture us on why we're not rolling out the red carpet.

You're welcome to comment but not to debate. We'll also not permit any criticism of Quaid-e-Azam or the Pakistan Independence Movement.

P.S. Your last post mentioned Mohammad Ali Jinnah in a deragotary manner, hence deleted.

  8. @TTV India

You spoke well of Muhammad Ali Jinnah? Either you suffer from short term memory loss or probably you are so dumb that even you don't understand what you write!

Take a closer look at your media, ministers and army which only has problems and interest in what goes inside Pakistan, and you talk about Pakistanis cribbing about India. Dude your officials are even worried about a railway station being built by China in Pakistan.. what do you think they are gonna do?? crash it into India?? GET A LIFE!

    @ AQ
Totally agree with you about Indian media, I never insulted India or anything like that and had left 5-6 comments on different articles published in TOI but they were never published by the web master!

  9. @ AQ:- I would beg to differ. But since you have clarified that this is not a place where you'd want a debate. Lets zip it here. Thanks for your reply anyways. But i would clarify, the post was not intended to be derogatory to Mr. Jinnah.

  10. One more important thing.

"BENARAS" is a Hindu religious city of India and its benchmark is "NAKED HINDU JAL PARIES". Now, you can think how naked this DHARAM is? It starts with naked, rather attractive, Krishna Bhagwan, then religious prostitution in the name of DEVADASI cult, then cow piss, then 3 to 4 and even more Husbands can share same wife in JOINT VENTURE (or AD-VENTURE). Very Sick Hindu Mentality. Very Very Sick.

  11. I have something adventurous forwarded to me by an Indian Hindu himself.....

The secret of "Jana gana mana" - This is interesting......and shocking...........

"'Jana Gana Mana' - Just a re-thinking on our National Anthem!
How well do you know about it?

I have always wondered who is the 'adhinayak' and 'bharat bhagya vidhata', whose praise are we singing..?
From the childhood, was I taught it to be God, and our Motherland - India !

    But..........

To begin with, India 's national anthem, Jana Gana Mana Adhinayaka, was written by Rabindranath Tagore in honor of King George V and the Queen of England when they visited India in 1919.

To honor their visit Pandit Motilal Nehru had the five stanzas included, which are in praise of the King and Queen.
(And most of us think it is in the praise of God, and our great motherland !!!)

In the original Bengali verses only those provinces that were under British rule, i.e. Punjab, Sindh, Gujarat, Maratha etc. were mentioned.

None of the princely states were mentioned which are integral parts of present India (now) Kashmir, Rajasthan, Andhra, Mysore or Kerala.

Neither the Indian Ocean nor the Arabian Sea was included, since they were directly under Portuguese rule at that time.

The Jana Gana Mana Adhinayaka implies that King George V is the lord of the masses and Bharata Bhagya Vidhata is 'the bestower of good fortune'.

Following is a translation of the five stanzas that glorify the King.

First stanza: (Indian) People wake up remembering your good name and ask for your blessings and they sing your glories. (Tava shubha name jaage; tava shubha aashish maage, gaaye tava jaya gaatha)

Second stanza: Around your throne people of all religions come and give their love and anxiously wait to hear your kind words..

Third stanza: Praise to the King for being the charioteer, for leading the ancient travelers beyond misery.

Fourth stanza: Drowned in the deep ignorance and suffering, poverty-stricken, unconscious country?
Waiting for the wink of your eye and your mother's (the Queen's) true protection..

Fifth stanza: In your compassionate plans, the sleeping Bharat ( India ) will wake up.
We bow down to your feet O' Queen, and glory to Rajeshwara (the King)..

This whole poem does not indicate any love for the Motherland but depicts a bleak picture.
When you sing Jana Gana Mana Adhinayaka, whom are you glorifying? Certainly not the Motherland. Is it the Almighty GOD? The poem does not indicate that.

It is time now to understand the original purpose and the implication of this, rather than blindly sing as has been done the past fifty years.

Nehru chose the present national anthem as opposed to Vande Mataram because he thought that it would be easier for the band to play!!!

It was an absurd reason but Today for that matter bands have advanced and they can very well play any music. So they can as well play Vande Mataram, which is a far better composition in praise and prayer of our Dear Motherland India."

NO WONDER ALL INDIANS ARE SO CONFUSED THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THEY ARE BOWING TOO...!!

P.S In Kabhie Kushi Kabhie Gham...Kajol was in awe when that British lady rose to the Indian anthem......LOL...that British lady rose to respect the Queen mentioned in the anthem....LMAO.!

    PAKISTAN FIRST....!

  12. @ Alfiyah: Thank you so much for sharing this unique and another "shining" aspect of "Bharat Mata". These stupids praise British invaders in their national anthem who rule less than 200 years on them but they forget to praise their big fathers (i.e. Muslims) who rule them for more than 1000 years.
