Obama, Brown, Taliban

Obama:

To the warning of the world, Bush paid no heed,
The pangs of his venture, now I am unable to bear.

Brown:

You echo the voice of my heart, my dear friend,
This Blair legacy has brought laughter and jeer.

Obama:

But as mighty nations, we are to save our grace,
Coming empty, we will lose all our awe and fear.

Brown:

Our army says, they are giants in human shape,
For them, mountains and rivers are no barrier.
Our commanders tremble while narrating the tale,
'These Talibans fight with smile and die with cheer.’

Obama:

I have used all the wiles, my mind could conceive,
I deployed Pak-Afghan stooges from front and rear.
Our media gave their profile as most demonic race,
To our misfortune, all this made their tide stronger.

Brown:

History traces millions of our graves in that land ,
Russians have the memory even darker and bleaker.
This time we believed in NATO and your drones,
To erase the past stigma, and open a new chapter.

Obama:

Our weapons and drones have yielded no result,
The death of innocents has exposed us to sneer.
When we think, our bombs finished their creed,
They emerge again with a spirit, bolder and purer.

Brown:

I confide in you brother, my generals have told,
‘They bury their dead with eyes having no tear.’
I am convinced from what I have heard and seen,
Each drop of their blood produces a new warrior.

Obama:

I think it sagacious to discard these brutish folk,
And declare our move as a humanitarian gesture.
We both must call it the follies of Bush and Blair,
And pretend we are peaceful and morally superior.

Brown:

I admire your genius and endorse your views,
If we fail to withdraw, our future is drearier.

Zardari-Gilani: No Money, Just IMF

The Zardari-Gilani government is playing a cruel joke on Pakistanis. This government, which everyone should know is a US-installed puppet regime born out of a 'deal' knitted together by American and British diplomats, is pushing Pakistan to suicide. In return, this government promised us billions of dollars from its British and American allies. Now these allies have vanished.

We have more than three million Pakistanis homeless [thanks to the Americans] and none of the money promised by America and its allies has been delivered. We are left dealing with a massive humanitarian tragedy affecting our own people. The government ordered a military operation [which is every bit right] on the basis of American financial commitments.

Now the finance minister Shaukat Tarin is warning that if America and Japan don't come up with aid, Pakistan will go to IMF.

What kind of a joke is this? Who runs IMF, Mr. Tarin?

When this Zardari-Gilani government goes, Pakistan will end up irrevocably shackled by IMF and World Bank, under indirect or covert US occupation, and with a huge mess on our hands, with more poverty, crime and overall collapse. Make no mistake about it.

Is this what most of us want? Where is the Long March for this more noble cause compared to the lawyers’ movements where all of them were dealing under the table?

Do we want our homeland to end up like this?
Is this good? I still believe that showing the middle finger to the Americans and extricating ourselves from Washington's disastrous and failed war in Afghanistan remains a better option.

We Pakistanis will have to kill these CIA- and Indian-backed 'Pakistani Taliban' and Baitullah Mehsud, but not without also shutting down secret US bases in Pakistan. All honest Pakistanis must throw this demand on the faces of these politicians wherever they see them, and push our military to end its protection for this whole corrupt system.

Roxana Saberi And The Am-Brit Media Lies

Since 2007, two nations – Britain and the United States – have been mounting a venomously anti-Pakistan campaign with variations on a single theme: Pakistan is falling apart, the nukes could fly around, Taliban will take over, and Pakistan needs the saviors, an Anglo-American military intervention to save the day.

The campaign has been based entirely on conjecture and insinuations that eerily match the latest U.S. plans for Pakistan. The more Washington talked about Pakistan’s double game, more ‘Pakistani Taliban’ and other shady terrorists and insurgents crossed from Afghanistan to terrorize Pakistanis and attack the military.

The Am-Brit media campaign against Pakistan is as colorful as the one run by the same Anglo-American media against Iraq before the invasion, all of course based on outright lies, doctored pictures and CIA-planted stories. None of these Am-Brit news organizations ever apologized later for becoming a tool in the hands of the CIA, the U.S. military and the U.S. government.

And just as in Iraq’s case, this campaign against Pakistan is exclusively an Am-Brit campaign, meaning that no one else is involved in running it except the Americans and the Brits. The occasional role of the Indian poodle doesn’t count. You don’t see the German media, or the Spanish, Italian, Swiss, Finnish, Russian, Chinese, Saudi, or any other media in any other country mounting this campaign.

It’s an Am-Brit operation. People in the military call it psy-ops, short for psychological operations.

The masterpiece in this regard was the October 2007 Newsweek cover story that decided that Pakistan and not Iraq was the most dangerous place on earth today [conveniently overlooking Iraq and Afghanistan were American and British secret ‘death squads’ were busy in murdering Iraqis.]

The latest masterpiece is BBC’s report released recently where BBC has concluded, while sitting in London, that only 38% of the NWFP province is in fact under Pakistan’s sovereign control.

Two weeks ago, it was CNN’s turn. It made the fall of Islamabad in the hands of a few terrorists the lead story for two days, raising a global scare. Then the Pakistani military strongly protested at this scare campaign which was false. That’s when the U.S. puppet Zardari government in Islamabad, and Mullen, Petraeus, Clinton, Holbrooke and the rest of the Obama admin came out to deny this and feign ignorance about the origin of these lies being feverishly peddled by the Am-Brit media.

According to BBC’s findings, a disorderly bunch of terrorists have suddenly defeated the world’s sixth largest standing army, and a professional one at that, and are now almost in control of one of the four federating Pakistani provinces.

And what was BBC’s source for this story that most Pakistanis missed in their own country? Well, 18 months of news reports filed by BBC correspondents from areas within Pakistan where terrorism incidents have occurred. BBC’s strategists concluded that this was ample proof the territory was no longer under Pakistani control.

What is the purpose of these scare stories in the Am-Brit media? Well, London and Washington have been keen to hide the massive failures in their Afghan occupation and seize the opportunity to move the war into Pakistan and punish the Pakistanis for supporting the Afghan Taliban [the real Taliban] and for not accepting the great Am-Brit wider plan of turning the Pakistani army into a local police force, contain the nuclear weapons, and allow India to become the new regional Am-Brit slave-soldier in charge of Am-Brit interests.

No one in the Am-Brit media talks about the money and weapons that these terrorists inside Pakistan are receiving from ‘someone’ in Afghanistan. This is how Pakistan has been destabilized in less than four years. Have you heard about organized terrorists armed with anti-aircraft guns killing Pakistanis and fighting the Pakistani military before 2005?

The BBC story fits in perfectly with scores of reports, op-ed pieces, statements and intensive public brainstorming on the U.S. think-tank circuit on how Pakistan’s different ethnic groups should be made to fight with each other in order to hasten the collapse of the Pakistani state.

Just to conclude with the BBC story. The BBC report ended with a statement from a correspondent in Islamabad warning that it would be inaccurate to say Pakistan has lost control of its territory because the terrorists are not an organized entity and are made up of small groups mounting hit and run attacks and so there’s no need to exaggerate.

Wow, BBC.

So after creating a stir, the report is concluded with an exit that allows for a retraction in the future.

And so the Am-Brit media lies continue. Read them with a pinch of salt next time.

P.S. Roxana Saberi, an American journalist, has just been released. While the Americans would have us think she was this poor truth seeker imprisoned by a dictatorial regime in Iran, the real truth comes out to show, again, how the Am-Brit media is a willing and ready tool of the Am-Brit intelligence and military. In 2003, Ms. Saberi, then an Iranian citizen, apparently worked in Iran as a translator in a government department that dealt with national security issues. Now, six years later, she was sent to Iran as a U.S. journalist. She worked her contacts to get hold of classified documents and was naturally going to hand them over to CIA. That's how she was arrested. Not a journalist but definitely shown as one, courtesy of one of America's 'free' media organizations for sure.

Is Rehman Malik Blaming ISI For Lahore Attack?

A second Mumbai-style attack in Lahore in less than a month, both targeting Lahore, a city that has traditionally bore the brunt of Indian-inspired terrorism inside Pakistan.

The level of training of these people and the choice of targets leaves little doubt that someone is trying to teach Pakistan a lesson. It is baffling to see Interior Advisor Rehman Malik so eager to quickly pin the blame on groups such as Lashkar Tayyeba or Lashkar Jhangvi that were active in the Kashmir freedom struggle in the past and are dormant now. Accusing these groups is an indirect swipe at the Pakistani security and intelligence agencies that implemented State policy in the past of supporting the freedom fighters inside the disputed territory with India.

Why is Mr. Malik not willing to consider the possibilty of Indian involvement? Is he afraid of upsetting the Brits or the Americans? He knows more than anyone else that we have conclusive evidence of Indian involvement in terrorism in Balochistan and the tribal belt. Unfortunately, Pakistani media projection is not as strong as the propaganda of the American and the British media that supresses these facts. Pakistan has shared this information at the highest levels with the Americans, who continue to protect the Indians in Afghanistan because of long term strategic interest.

Additionally, where are those local agents of Indian intelligence that were arrested from various Pakistani cities in the past few weeks and months near both the Indian and the Afghan borders? Why are we scared of bringing these people out? Please cut through the thick propaganda smokescreen of the biased Anglo-American media and let the world and the peaceful Indian public opinion also know about the activities of their security agencies.

There is no question that terrorists involved in the attack will eventually turn out to be Pakistanis. No foreign-induced covert terrorist operation can succeed without local elements. The only country other than the United States that has an elaborate, Pakistan-focused intelligence setup in Afghanistan is India. The Indians are actively using the chaos in Afghanistan to create a wedge between the U.S. and Pakistan by indirectly supporting terrorist elements. This is one level of the covert war in the region. The second element is the suspicion that the U.S. is supporting the insurgencies inside Pakistan either directly or through the Indians and possibly other players.

Since we are unable to make our concerns heard throughout the world because of the bias and the choking grip of the American and British media, the only other way to highlight the nefarious and terrorism-abetting activities of Indian security and intelligence agencies is by cutting off rail, air, and road links with India, including denying Indian airlines the right to use Pakistan airspace and denying Indian overland trade to Central Asia pending the investigations and a review by Pakistan of Indian activities inside and around Pakistan.

This is also the time to neutralize elements in the Pakistani government such as President Zardari and Mr. Rehman Malik whose assets, lives and apparently loyalties lie outside Pakistan. Democracy cannot be allowed to become a trojan horse for foreign powers to meddle in Pakistan.

Take action on India, Mr. Malik.

Pakistan Is Betraying Its Proud Tribesmen

This picture saddened me no end. The proud tribesmen of Pakistan, those who beat the English and the Russians and fought their way to liberate half of the Indian occupied Kashmir are now facing an American conspiracy and a Pakistani complacency.

America’s Afghan blunders have resulted in expelling the proud Pakistani tribesmen from their homes and turned almost half a million of them into refugees in their own country.

If this wasn’t enough, here comes Pakistan to treat them as animals in the ‘tent cities’ built for them near Peshawar. And then come the Americans and the Indians to spread literature encouraging the Pashtun to demand a separate homeland called Pashtunistan.

For a year and a half, we at
AhmedQuraishi.com and PakNationalists Group have been explaining to Pakistanis, with original reporting and informed analysis, how Pakistan’s tribal belt was peaceful until 2005, and how ‘non-state actors’ in Washington DC have used the Afghan soil to create, arm and sustain insurgencies inside Pakistan that run from the Chinese-built Gwadar port in the south to the Chinese border in the north. The suicide bombings, the attacks and the destabilization is punishment for Pakistan for supporting the Afghan Taliban in Afghanistan and for insisting to stick to Kashmir against the wishes of India, Washington’s new regional slave-soldier.

The anti-Pakistan insurgencies hide behind the covered faces of the so-called Pakistani Taliban who receive money and weapons from Afghanistan.

Now the Americans want to expand the process of more and more Pakistani tribesmen leaving their homes and escaping deeper inside Pakistan. The suspicion is that Washington wants to create a buffer zone between the U.S.-occupied Afghanistan and Pakistan, a zone inhabited by no one. All Pakistani tribes pushed out. The strategy is working. The number of these Pakistanis who have become refugees inside their own country is nearing half a million.

Pakistani media and journalists are playing an unfortunate role in helping the Americans by focusing on failed Pakistani politicians and their power games that are diverting the attention of the Pakistani public opinion from the important issue of the plight of these brave Pakistani tribesmen and how our government is silently abetting the Americans in humiliating them.

I wrote recently in The News that
Pakistan needs a Putin, a Pakistani nationalist who loves his homeland and his people and who is ruthless enough to do what’s right for all of us and for the homeland and liberate it from the clutches of the stooges of the Americans and the Brits. I hope he comes before it’s too late.
